TORONTO TRAIL RIDING

ROLLER FLOWSTER
Roller flowster is a trail located in Toronto, Ontario. The entrance is just south of Sunnybrook Hospital on Bayview Avenue. It on the east side of the road. This trail is a total blast to ride! I personally know the creators of this trail and they originally named it “Roller Coaster” because of the intense speeds you can pick up along the trail. They changed the name to “Roller Flowster” because this trail flows incredibly well and you will never find yourself gasping for air. It is rated as a double black diamond - and for good reasons! It is on the same side as7 Sunnybrook park ravine. The trail was basically carved out of the ridge to make a small flat section. I have fallen on this trail, and it's a long way down! The trail features 1.2 km of jumps, gaps, wall rides, rock gardens and steep climbs. Both the climbs and descents are very well rounded. There are three major climbs and aswell three major descents. The first downhill features big “gullies” in the trail followed by an extremely technical climb. The second downhill features a wall ride that is almost a 90-degree angle! There is also a huge gap jump that sends you nearly five feet! The third downhill is one of the smoothest in the GTA! It has a root section, a few jumps and a fun rock-over at the end! I can’t say I remember a time where I have come to the end of the trail and not wanted to ride it again! Overall, this trail is a blast to ride and you will not be let down when you come to the end! See you out on the trail! :)
